Baking and Smoking Instructions

*Whether you choose to bake at home in your oven, or bake your Robsagna in a smoker, we have already smoked the ingredients that we would normally smoke when making your dish to sell on our bus.

In your home oven

1. Pre-heat your oven to 375F

2. Place pan(s) in center of oven and bake uncovered for 40 minutes. If baking multiple pans, rotate      pans after 20 minutes.

3. Lasagna should be golden brown on top and the internal temperature should reach at least 165F.

4. Let rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.

In a smoker

For the sake of consistency and the high temperature needed to bake Robsagna; we recommend baking in a pellet smoker that is capable of achieving temperatures of at least 400 degrees Farenhiet.

1. Pre-heat your smoker to 400F

2. Place pan(s) in center of smoker and bake for approximately 1 hour.

If baking multpile pans at the same time, rotate positioning every 15 minutes.

4. After 30 minutes (or at the second rotation), cover with foil lids loosely.

3. Lasagna should be golden brown on top and the internal temperature should reach at least 165F.

4. Let rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.
